  • Location data (with consent): approximate location for matching Providers.

3. How We Use Your Personal Information

3.1 To provide and improve the Platform and match Bookings. 3.2 Process payments and send invoices/receipts. 3.3 Communicate with you about Bookings, updates, and marketing (with consent where required). 3.4 Verify identities and prevent fraud. 3.5 Conduct analytics, research, and Platform improvement. 3.6 Comply with legal obligations (tax, POPIA, CPA, etc.). 3.7 Enforce our Terms and defend legal claims.

4.1 With Providers (necessary contact and address details for the Booking only). 4.2 With service providers (payment processors, hosting, analytics, SMS/email services) under strict contracts. 4.3 With regulators or law enforcement where required by law. 4.4 In the event of a business transfer (merger, acquisition). 4.5 Aggregated/anonymised data that does not identify you.

5.1 We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures (encryption, access controls, secure servers in South Africa where possible) to protect your data.

5.2 However, no system is 100% secure. You acknowledge transmission over the internet carries inherent risks.
